I haven’t actually eaten all of this yet, but I figured, if I go ahead and decide what I’m making for dinner, I’m more prone to sticking to it and not venturing off to something else.
Breakfast:
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries
- 1 cup Green Tea
Lunch:
- Smart Ones Spaghetti
- Apple
- Orange
- Weight Watchers String Cheese
Dinner:
- 6 oz Lemon pepper Chicken breast
- 1/2 Brown Rice
- Romaine Salad with Vinaigrette
But a bigger frame than her. Yet a smaller frame than my dad.
Yet, I am the largest person in my family.
How did I manage to do that? I mean seriously?
I must be some kind of magician.
My dad used to weigh in at almost 300 lb. Now he weighs between 210-220 and he looks great. He’s pretty tall, so that weight fits with his height. I mean he was big my whole life so I’m still getting used to him being so small.
My sister also lost a lot of weight, and so did my mother.
While they were losing weight I was gaining weight. Gah!
I’m so over this. I don’t want to be the biggest person in my family anymore.
I want to be healthy and fit. And happy.
Wahoo!
Okay, so I know I promised progress pics like two days ago, but I never got around to it. :( There’s no real good excuse to why I didn’t, I guess I just got lazy. But, I just finished my work out for the day and I signed up at a tanning salon so I can tan for Puerto Rico, so I think I’m going to go ahead and take a picture of myself and try to find one of my before. Wish me luck, and progress pics should be up soon!
So cute! I want this shirt =)
Skipping meals causes your metabolism to slow, which is not conducive to weight loss or fat burning!! To keep your metabolism burning red hot, here are a few tips I suggest: Eat every 2-3 hours (about 5-7 small meals a day), have a source of lean protein at each meal, drink 4+ cups of green tea a day, drink LOTS of water, lift weights and do sprint intervals for your cardio =)
