I can’t seem to get past this rut…
But I’m not giving up.
I’m seeing myself slowly slip back in to my old eating habits.
Hot Cheetos + queso. Ice Cream. Basically grazing on food whenever I want.
Because I’m bored. I guess.
But the only thing I can do after a bad eating day, is start over. It’s a new day.
We got low on the healthy food that were eating, so we’re going to the grocery store later to get Progresso soup„ chicken breasts, turkey, whole wheat bread, granola, Almond Vanilla Soy milk, and romaine romaine, romaine lettuce!
I don’t have the time to screw around anymore with losing weight. I don’t want to stretch it out. I want to get it done and get it over with!
